Tracy is Co-Head of CV Labs, where she spearheads corporate and institutional engagement. Alongside parent company CV VC, an early-stage venture capital firm with a focus on startups that build on blockchain technology, Tracy and the CV Labs Team work to create a sprawling ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship and innovation in the blockchain space through their incubation program, high-level events, advisory services, and public-private partnerships.

Prior to joining CV VC/CV Labs, Tracy served as Head of Business Relations and Corporate Strategy for a Swiss software development and marketing firm, managing several digitalization and blockchain projects for clients such as Tommy Hilfiger, Coca Cola, RockOn Digital, Calvin Klein, and more.

She holds an MA in Global Economy and Strategy from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea as well as an MA in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.
